When do I get my piece back?

Your creation needs to be fired in the kiln after the workshop. For private events, pieces will be ready to collect within about 10-14 days. For corporate events, pieces are delivered to your office within 14 days. We will email you as soon as they are ready!

How do booking and cancellations work?

To secure your date, an initial non-refundable payment is required, with the final balance due 14 days before the event. After this 14-day mark, all payments are final to cover the reserved inventory and the date blocked exclusively for your session. If something unexpected comes up, message us - we'll always try to find a solution together.

Where exactly is the studio?

We are in Hünenberg, about 15 minutes from Zug. There is easy free parking right out front. We'll send you the exact directions after booking.

I'm visiting Zug. Can you ship my piece?

We prioritize local pickup, but we know life in Zug is international. We can arrange shipping to the EU, UK, or USA for an additional fee. Just let us know during your session.

Can I bring alcohol/food?

Yes! We are BYOB friendly. Feel free to bring wine, beer, or snacks to enjoy while you create. We have glasses and a fridge available.

Is my piece food-safe?

Yes. We fire your piece at 800°C. It comes out glossy, durable, and ready for your daily coffee.

Do I need to speak German?

Not at all. All our sessions are led in English. However, we are happy to support in German and Portuguese if you prefer.

Can I bring my children?

We love kids, but these sessions are designed as a "relaxed escape" for adults. We welcome teenagers (14+) who are interested in design, but we are not equipped for younger children in our studio sessions.

We host private groups of 5 to 8 , and corporate teams of 4 to 15. Groups of up to 8 are welcome at our studio in Hünenberg - for corporate groups of up to 15, we bring the experience to you. Workshops

To secure your workshop date, an initial non-refundable payment is required, with the final balance and headcount due 14 days before the event. After this 14-day mark, all payments are final to cover the reserved inventory and the date blocked exclusively for your session.We do not offer monetary refunds for cancellations. In case of an emergency, please contact us at [email protected]; while payments remain non-refundable, we will do our best to help you reschedule to a future date. If Patch and Pottery ever needs to cancel due to illness or unforeseen events, you’ll be offered your choice of a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Missed Sessions

If you miss your booked session without prior notice, we’re unable to offer a refund or credit. We prepare materials and reserve your space in advance, so last-minute absences cannot be rescheduled.

Patch and Pottery offers ceramic decal workshops designed to help people slow down, create with their hands, and connect through creativity. 2. Bookings and Payment

Bookings can be made by contacting us via email or through our social media channels, and are confirmed in writing once payment has been successfully received.We accept secure payments through PayPal, Twint, and invoice billing. Prices include all necessary materials and kiln firing unless otherwise specified. Optional extras, such as shipping or additional ceramic pieces, may incur an extra charge.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Patch and Pottery is not responsible for injuries or damage to belongings unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

5. The Creative Process

Each ceramic piece is handmade and unique. Variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the creative process and not considered flaws. Firing results may vary slightly depending on materials and kiln conditions.

6. Photography and Media

We may photograph or film parts of workshops to capture the creative atmosphere and final pieces for our website or social media. If you prefer not to appear in any images or videos, please inform us before your session begins. We may still photograph your ceramic creations unless you ask us not to.

7. Ownership and Creative Rights

All workshop materials, visual content, and brand assets remain the property of Patch and Pottery. Participants own the physical pieces they create but may not reproduce or sell Patch and Pottery’s workshop concepts, materials, or branding without written permission.

8. Liability

Participation in workshops is voluntary and at your own risk. Patch and Pottery is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages occurring during or after workshops, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Please handle your work carefully; ceramics are fragile and may break during or after firing.
